Hotel 81 Palace - NEWLY RENOVATED

Spotlessly clean, great staff.

Found it depressing--to the extent that I stayed out late because I didn't particularly want to spend time in it in the evening. Lots of noise in hallways, hard to sleep. Very very clean, and lovely staff, but you may want to reconsider.

Location,price. Room was small but had all I wanted. Wifi was good.

I didn¿t like that roach that guarded the toilet in the night. He didn¿t want to share¿ also the shower was cool to like warm water¿ however it was so hot in Singapore that I couldn¿t complain. The walls were thin, and you could hear everyone in the

its in redlight district. wasn't aware of it and couldn't cancel the 2nd night as did not want to stay there. Ended up getting a different place.

Clean hotel, hard working staff

At times rooms cleaned during the night and somehow pair of Nike’s trainers and bag with clothes never made it to lost property.

No breakfast. Location is good, only 7 blocks from the train station.

I mean,a classic Singaporean hole without windows,fair enough,clean,location quite far from downtown,but you get what you pay for in Singapore.MRT Station minutes away from the hotel, so in the end location non that bad.

great value. Manager and the whole team are very helpful. Good, central location. Everything available within walking distance. Quiet room.The whole hotel was recently remodeled. All clean, great beds. Room isn´t really large. We will come back.

Location is good, staff are nice, but the rooms are very small. And I had to tell the receptionist for room service. Overall pretty decent and were happy with it.

The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described after the renovation. Location was very convenient, with easy access to MRT, food options, and nearby shops. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my 5-night stay, and I appreciated the availability of filtered drinking water. Overall, a good value for money for a long stay in Singapore.

The room was a bit small with thin walls, so some hallway noise could be heard. The bathroom was functional but limited in space. The smoking area would be better with more convenient seating like benches.

This is maybe the best options for staying in SGP on a budget. The hotel is clean and looks really good. You get everything you need, including a comfortable bed and AC.

I think its not a place for women traveling alone. Even when the zone is not too complicated (considered red district) there’re so many guys around calling stuff to any women on the street.

Clean room and very friendly staff. Food street is nearby. Just walking approx. 10 minutes.

The location is a bit remote from the MRT Terminal. Not recommend to stay for family with kids as this location so many adult store. Overall was ok.

The place was decent, clean and has a helpful staff. They live up with all the positive reviews i've read before booking them. Kudos to everyone!

The location is very far from the MRT, but if you would know how to use the bus then it's just one block away from the hotel.

Staff were nice.

Bedroom was dirty, hairs on the floor. Beds were uncomfortable. Shower didn’t work properly and it’s a ridiculously small place next to the toilet, so after showering the toilet and all the bathroom was soaked, even the bath mat. Area is very scary and unsafe, dirty area and dodgy people. Tv only had 5 channels. There was only one coffee pod for both of us and two small toothpastes that were faulty and didn’t have the lid which we would have needed to use to poke the lid open. Room is terribly small. 100% not worth £60-£70 for a night.

It's a non smoking property but smoking smells in corridor sometimes I don't know how
